Wednesday evening online meditation

We have resumed group online meditation sessions on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm.

Our sessions are now on Zoom only.

Typical sssion format:

-We start promptly at 7 pm. The striking of a meditation bell signals the beginning of the session.
-We acknowledge each other’s presence in the Zoom room.
-We continue with a guided meditation for about half an hour.
-The guided meditation ends with the sound of the bell.
-A dharma reflection is offereed. About 20 minutes.
-After the dharma offering, articipants are invited to share their practice experiences, insights, and questions.
-We close with a Dedication of Merit.
-The session normally ends between 8 and 8:15 pm.
